Daegu is the fourth largest city in South Korea after Seoul, Busan, and Incheon. It is the capital of Gyeongsangbuk-do province, although it is not legally part of that province. As with South Korea's other metropolitan cities, Daegu's government reports directly to the national government.
Daegu is well known for its nightlife. This entertainment central city of South Korea is the place to be for party animals always on the look out for a big night out.

6. Clubs downtown, Frog & Bubble is very popular. Very fun if you're there with a good group, but the music is kind of hit or miss. It's 10,000 won, and that's access to both clubs, and one free drink ticket! If you get hungry though--the cheese and crackers dish is recommended!
